Brodie Kostecki has claimed victory for Race 4 of the Repco Supercars Championship at the Australian Grand Prix.
It was the first win for the Shell V-Power Racing Team in 2026 - and the first win for Kostecki since changing to the historic #17.
Despite battling illness in qualifying earlier in the day, Kostecki was able to put it on pole and from there it was a relatively smooth race for the #17 Shell-V Power Mustang. Kostecki maintained the lead for the entirety of the race, claiming an emphatic lights to flag victory.
Rylan Gray also made progress, moving up three positions during the race to finish in 17th place after a clutch issue hampered his qualifying session.
Race 5 will commence at 5:30pm local time on Friday the 6th of March, with Kostecki starting on the front row (P2) for the weekend's second race.
