What are the terms and conditions of membership?

All DJR Team Mates must agree with the Terms and Conditions before becoming a member.

HOW MUCH IS 2012 TEAM MATES MEMBERSHIP?

$AUD 89 for Foundation Members who have joined and renewed over consecutive years since 2007; $AUD 110 for those who are joining Team Mates for the first time in 2012; $AUD 110 for those who are renewing their 2011 membership and are not Foundation Members (Note: Membership prices remain the same regardless of the time of application during 2012). All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. The online membership system only accepts credit card payment and offline forms are provided for those who wish to pay by cash or cheque. Credit cards accepted by Dick Johnson Racing include Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners Club. Bank, personal, company cheques and money orders should be made out to 'Dick Johnson Racing' and posted to 10 Emeri Street, Stapylton, Queensland, 4227. All members paying by this method should include their full name and phone number on the back of the cheque or money order. We don't have the facility to accept EFTPOS payments (i.e. debit cards).

IS MY CREDIT CARD DEBITED IMMEDIATELY?

No. For the 2012 Team Mates membership, we will be processing credit card details manually. We will endeavour to process payments as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES MY 2012 TEAM MATES MEMBERSHIP LAST FOR?

All memberships start on the date your application has been processed by Dick Johnson Racing and finish on 31 December, 2012 regardless of when you join during the year.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP PACK?

Your 2012 Team Mates Membership Pack is only one part of your Team Mates membership and it includes Team Mates merchandise (i.e. cap, lanyard, mug, sticker pack)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACK?

All membership packs (for applications received prior to February 2012) will be sent late March, 2012. Regardless of when you receive your pack, your membership benefits begin as soon as your application has been processed.

WHAT DO I USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR?

Your Team Mates 2012 Membership Card is your key to 10% discount on all Dick Johnson Racing and Jim Beam Racing merchandise purchases made through the DJR Raceshop and will also give you entry to all Team Mates events.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD IF IT IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Please email TeamMates@djr.com.au to request a replacement. A fee of $10 applies for the replacement of each card.
